-I would like to utilize the advancement of technology to better assist our officers to help answer a call, process a scene, and solve cases quickly and thoroughly.

-Before I retired, I was able to setup a community crime map. Within that product , there was an online reporting tool. I would like to gather resources and place more attention to allow citizens and visitors to report some crimes through online reporting. -I would like to join forces with all agencies within Spartanburg County. I assisted the Spartanburg Police Department with coming onto the Sheriff’s Office Records Management System. I would like to assist the towns and colleges with getting onto the same Records Management System so we can pool our information together.

-I would like to establish a Real Time Crime Center, utilizing tools and analytics to solve crime safer and faster.

-I would like to ensure all officers have a Body Worn Camera. Right now, the investigators and School Resource Officers lack the tool of a BWC! I had fought for this and wanted to place this under the budget where it needs to be!
