-I ask you to keep your heads held high. The level of service hasn’t dropped off, you’ve sworn an oath and have kept it. I am proud of the way you’ve responded. There does need to be some

changes, but we’ll try to keep the changes minimal as this is a big unexpected change. Remember how an ant eats an elephant one bite at a time?

-I would like to look into things to prepare you for ‘Life after LE’.

-I would like to get the Sheriff’s Officers' Spouses program revitalized. We must take care of the ones who take care of us!
